Michelle Sacks Named Executive Director of Street Grace Texas
HOUSTON – August 2024 – Street Grace, a faith-based organization with a mission to end Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) throughout the United States, has named Michelle Sacks executive director for their Texas-based presence.
In this role, Sacks will oversee development and daily operations, while deepening advocacy efforts for the non-profit, which mobilizes community involvement to fight CSEC and drive awareness through training, providing resources and education, particularly about the reduction in demand. An accomplished senior leader in community engagement and violence prevention, Sacks brings extensive experience establishing relationships with community, partners, and criminal justice professionals.
“We will never end CSEC and sex trafficking without intentionally, forcefully and strategically addressing demand,” said Bob Rodgers, CEO of Street Grace, noting the underground sex economy is a multi-billion-dollar illegal business in the U.S. It is the fastest-growing and second- largest illegal business on the planet.

Sacks has devoted her career to ensuring the care and safety of children. Prior to joining Street Grace, she served as Director of Community Outreach and an Adult Forensic Interviewer at the Forensic Center of Excellence.
Her dedication to community service is exemplified by her multi-year recognition with the President’s Volunteer Service Award. She currently co-chairs the Education Committee of the United Against Human Trafficking Task Force Coalition and mentors the Houston Police Department’s Youth Police Advisory Council. Her contributions also include a decade-long tenure as co-chair of the Houston Independent School District #39’s School Health Advisory Council and five years as a Reserve Deputy with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and a Master of Legal and Forensic Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
